What Causes Dry Eyes And Muscle Spasms In The Wrists?

I have had this symptom for a few days now: strange sensation under the skin on the top of my left cheek. There s no pain, but it doesn t seem to go away. Also, very dry eyes, especially my left eye. I broke my left wrist at the end of July and sometimes have muscle spasms in that wrist. I want to know whether I need to see a neurologist or go to the ER about this.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination 2 times a day for 5 days. Take Omeprazole twice a day for 5 days. You can apply hot water bag on affected site apply Diclofenac spray at pain site. Do physiotherapy at affected side and if problem is not resolved then consult your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
