What Causes Drop In Body Temperature And Rise In Bp?

most of my life my normal temperature has been around 98.8 and my blood pressure has been around 80/60. the past couple of years my temperature has been steady near 98.3 & blood pressure 135/85. lately & often when I stand up my body temperature drops to the point of goose bump cold. what is most likely to cause this kind of change?

Most likely, explanation for these events is thyroid abnormalities so get your thyroid tested. If it come out to be normal then some more information will be needed like any other symptoms, and age. Are you a female, if yes, then any menstrual abnormalities is there or not. Also these can be the age related changes.
