What Causes Drainage From Ear, Pain Behind Neck, In Ear And Forehead?

Grandson has pain in ears, back of neck and forehead, had drainage from one ear, is that ear infection or something else. He is 5 years old has tubes in both ears and wears a BAHA for hearing problem in left ear, which is the ear that seems to hurt more

Dear- thanks for using HCM . I understand your concern about your grandson. The drainage from the ear most likely is an infection. It is important that he will be checked out by the ENT due to the fact that at his age , ear infection can get complicated very easily and create more problems. He already has ear tubes so it is advisable to have them checked and start oral antibiotics as soon as possible.
