Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic This can be early sign of hypertension because you are swollen. your weakness can be due to low hemoglobin count. It may be due to iron deficiency. Are you taking iron and folic acid tablets regularly. At the time of first pregnancy you were alright because your nutrition status was good or your body however survived on your body stores. but during second pregnancy your nutrition status is low if pregnancy interval is less and you have not taken supplements. and your age is very less of course. You need to go for extensive check up.
