What Causes Dizziness, Vomiting And Abdominal Pain?

Hello, I have been feeling dizzy all morning,I threw up once. At times, the ceiling looked like it was turning. I had my period 2 months ago. I am sexually active, being married. Occasionally I feel a pain in a particular spot in my left abdomen. Some weeks ago, I did a pregnancy test and it was negative. I m in my 40 s.What could this be? Thanks:)

Hi,
If you have regular 28-30 day cycles, you are sure to get a positive home pregnancy test 3-7 days after the missed period when performed with a fresh early morning sample of urine. You can also confirm/exclude pregnancy through estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. Considering your age, your chances of ovulation are likely to dwindle. If the blood pregnancy test is negative, you should get a trans-vaginal sonogram and a complete hormone profile to see what went wrong. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
