What Causes Dizziness, High Bp,swollen Lymph Node Behind Ear?

Been to several doctors and still don t know what s wrong. Dizzy, feel like blood pressure is high cause I feel jittery. Have lymph node behind left ear that is hard now and several others in neck are swollen especially two under jaw on both sides under tonsils. Feel like my vertabre in the back of neck are sticking out. Had blood tests and levels came back normal including thyroid. I have pain in throat when I turn my head. And feel a tiny bump on right side of neck by large vein. Please help. I am so scared as I have tqo children I need to be here for. What could this be???

if ur blood tests r normal n so r the TFTs then a lymph node biopsy is the next best step for you. further management would depend on the biopsy results. B.p needs to be documented objectively. depending on the biopsy result imaging studies may be done to rule out any spread systemically e.g Ultrasound abdomen n pelvis CT brain etc. but for the time being lymph node biopsy is the main priority. thanx. hope u get well
