What Causes Dizziness, Blurred Vision, Nausea And Muscle Weakness?

For the past 4-5 months I have been suffering on and off with dizziness, blurred vision nausea and muscle weakness in my arms, 3 weeks ago I started to feel I have pressure in my left ear occasionally, now the pressure is always there and seems to have spread to the whole left side of my head and the dizziness and light headedness is now constant as well as the blurred vision in my left eye. What could be causing this?

refraction and mid ear examination of involved ear may be done. it may be Eustachian tube block. in that case volsalvom may be done. if there is refractive error it is to be corrected.
