Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Nasonex is a locally acting steroid with insignificant systemic absorption and hence is not likely to be the cause of your symptoms. Zyrtec can in some people produce dizziness or drowsiness. You should take it only at bed time. As your nose is cleared now, you may try stopping the Zyrtec and see if the symptoms disappear.
I shall be happy to answer if you have more queries.
