What Causes Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath With Low Blood Pressure?
I m male, 51-years-old, 5 8 , and 230 pounds. I take 10 mg of lisinopril and 12.5 mg of coreg 1 x day. For the past week I ve been lightheaded and short of breath. My blood pressure reading 10 minutes ago was 118/72 and my resting heart rate was 111. Should I be concerned and go to the ER? I have an appointment with my doctor on Wednesday morning.
