Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, the serious consequences of alcohol withdrawal last more than 15 min. Panic attacks certainly sound like this and last like that. Also, dehydration can cause this and is easily treatable just with just taking in more fluids. Significant problems with alcohol and drugs generally need experienced medical professionals advising on them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
