What Causes Dizziness And Palpitations During Pregnancy?
I m 36 weeks pregnant. I m having palpitations that last over 2 to 3 hours. I feel dizzy and tired that time. What can cause that please?I m gestational diabetic and It s my third baby. I m 28 years old. Hope you can give me an answer to my question. Thank you in advance.

Please check your sugar levels at time of episodes
Other cause is anaemia
