Hi,
welcome to healthcaremagic.com
I went through your question and would like to give my opinion regarding this.
In my opinion blood you passed was your first period after child birth, Its quite normal to experience menstrual irregularity after childbirth due to breast feeding and
hormone imbalance. Hormones take a while to come in balance and eventually you will get normal periods after 2 or 3 cycles but some
breastfeeding women may experience irregularity until they stop breastfeeding, it depends on individual woman.
Dizziness and nausea you are experiencing could be due to
dehydration and low sugar. your body needs more fluids and sugar to produce milk than normal while breast feeding.
Make sure drink plenty of water , take a healthy and balanced diet ,eat lots of fruit, vegetables , grains and get enough sleep, you can take
over the counter medication for cramping like
ibuprofen if you are not allergic to it.
As you had c-section avoid vigorous exercise and take a mild exercise like light walk and swimming and gradually increase the intensity after few months.
If you still are not sure, you can take home
pregnancy test to exclude the pregnancy.
Thanks
