What Causes Discomfort In The Upper Chest And Collar Bone?

I have begun experiencing discomfort over the couple of weeks in my upper chest, near my collar bones, and lower neck. I have had a productive cough with clear to milky colored mucus during the same time frame. There is no real difficulty breathing but when I take a deep breath in feels like an increase in pressure in this same area.

You should have a exam with a doctor to check for any enlarged lymph nodes or enlarged thyroid. You should also have a CT scan of the chest to rule out any masses or tumors that are causing the upper chest pain and cough.
