What Causes Discomfort In The Eyes?
my husband started waking up the last few mornings with his left eye being fuzzy as he describes and then goes away after 15 minutes. He also developed in the last few days not feeling well with all his joints hurting him. He does have multiple health problems including AFib and high BP and multiple medications. It this something we should be concerned with immediately.

with the history of joint pain the eye symptom described by your husband could be due to dry eye .
if there is redness and pain then it could be uveitis (association with joint pain)
its advisable to visit ophthalmologist for thorough eye check up.
till then he can safely use eye ointment lacigel at night .this ointment will take care of dryness in eye in morning.hope tjis helps
