What Causes Discomfort In The Eye When Diagnosed With Glaucoma?

Hi, Last Friday night, I started having discomfort in my left eye (have had glaucoma for 47 years). This happens once in a while. Also, my blood pressure was up on Saturday AM and had a slight headache(back of head), plus neck pain. I thought it was from sleeping wrong, but still have all the symptoms. I see my doctor on Tuesday (regular appt). Should I call him tomorrow and try to get in tomorrow? I think this is more than just HBP considering the neck pain.

raised iot will give pain and bluing of vision.it can give rise to tunnel vision as peripheral field will be effected.it can be controlled by tablet like diam ox drops and surgery like trabeculactomy.
