hi i am 27 years old. i am 240ibs and 6'5". my heart has been feeling like it is turning flips in my chest. it takes my breath away when it happens. it has been happening alot the past few hours. it has happened a few times before but has never went on for this long. i have anxiety disorder which makes it worse. any ideas?

But better to first rule out heart diseases. So get done ecg, 2d echo and Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of ecg). If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
