What Causes Dilated Pupils With Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Right Hand?
My pupils have been dialated for roughly 24 hours, I have been experiencing numbness and a tingling sensation in my right hand, have been confused and find a difficulty staying focused. This week I started working in an area that is much hotter than what I am used to (100+ degrees) Could this just be dehydration or something worse?

Pupil dilation has nothing to do with accept some visionary difficulty for 48 hours maximum. Hydrate yourself well and get your blood sugar levels done and get your blood pressure checked up.
