What Causes Difficulty In Passing Stool?

Hi. I eat fiber-rich foods - only whole grain breads, salads, fruit and my bowel motions are still slow, only a little at a time and after each sitting I still feel there is more to come but it won't. Can you please suggest what more I could do?
Thanks,
Stuart.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, I have gone through the history given here and I can say that it could be the case of protozoa infection and it can be managed with single dose of Sacnidazole 1 g on empirical basis, although it can be just normal condition may be indicative of Irritable bowel syndrome, hope this information helps.
