Hello,

You can rule out pregnancy conclusively by trans vaginal USG and blood HCG estimation.

If pregnancy test negative then do a further workup for absent of menstruation.

Hormonal imbalance, thyroid problem, stress, an ovarian problem like PCOD etc can be responsible. You can Consult a gynecologist for examination and detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
