What Causes Difficulty In Breathing?

Hello my name is tenesia, And I been having these werid feeling for 2 weeks now. werid thing that i can really explain what it is. In my stomach and nose breathing, Like when I lay down or up and be breathing It feel like I m breathing in to much air and its cold air in my nose when breathin and my stomach be feeling weak, like I m breathing but can feel it like I m not breathing. and then I be feeling werid like I m about to pass out or anxiouse.
