i've had a diarhea for almost a week. when I drink water, i can feel it moving in my body and within minutes or less I have to poop it out. after the diarhea I suddenly stopped pooping for 3 days now. on the first day blood came out of my anus and on that night my nose bleeds. the next night I was trying to vomit something then my nose bleed again. a day has passed and this morning I tried if I can finally poop. as I was trying to force some out, my nose bleed again but just 2-3 drops. way less compared to the past nose bleeds. anyone know what's wrong please?
