What Causes Diarrhea, Shaky Hands, High BP, Rapid Heart Beat, Stomach Upset?

Ate dinner yesterday evening and woke up this morning with diarea, nausea, shaky hands, high blood pressure. Rapid heart beat, don t think I have a fever, if I do it s very mild. Mild upset stomach. Some cramping in my intestines. Have made about 15 bowl movements just today.. All liquid..

Hi,

Here the dyspepsia could be the reason for your symptoms and it is the common symptoms, it is self limiting seldom needs medication but hydration needs to be taken care and second condition requires differentiation for food poising and in case of this it can be treated accordingly. In case of nausea medication needs IV route therapy that includes the electrolyte, and anti-protozoa and other suitable antibiotic but this kind of treatment needed in very rare cases, most of the time it is the self limiting condition.
