What Causes Diarrhea In Child?
MY SON AGE EIGHT MONTHS SUFFERING FROM DIARREA FROM LAST SEVEN DAYS. DOCTOR HAD GIVEN CEFTRIAXION SODIUM 250MG ING AND AMIKACIN 100MG INJ FOR FIVE DAYS. BUT STILL MY SON STOOL CONTAIN WITH WATER AND LIGHT YELLOW COLOERAND, PAUS CELL COUNT 2-3, CYST PRESENT,PH-7.2 .NOW WHAT WILL I DO.

Hi Dear

Rainy season is for GIT upset.
Stool culture to to done to know the exact bug causing the problem.
Culture report will also tell the exact drug to be used.
Relevant antibiotic with proper dose and duration to be given.
Avoid bottle feed.
Semisolids like dal rice soupe etc to be encouraged.
Hand to mouth hygiene to be maintained.
