Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Encourage your child to drink lots of fluids to prevent dehydration.
- Avoid fruit juices, because they all make diarrhea worse.
-Starchy foods are digested best.
-Yogurt is the easiest source of probiotics. Give your child 2 to 6 ounces (60 to 180 ml) of yogurt twice daily
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help.
Kindly regards,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
