Hello dear Understand your concern Your symptoms could be due to Irritable bowel syndrome, Celiac disease Inflammatory bowel disease: associated with blood in stool Microscopic colitis and infection of gastrointestinal tract I advice to to consult the Gastroenterologist for better evaluation and undergo following investigation: Stool microscopy and culture Blood tests: Full blood examination, LFT, ESR, and serological testing for coeliac disease Abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy to rule out the ulcer and colonoscopy. Hydrogen breath testing to rule out malabsorption. Doctor will give following advises: Avoid spicy diet , take small frequent meal rather than large meal. Take diet like banana, rice, toast, buttermilk, curd. Drink plenty of water and ORS solution Anti diarrheal: loperamide.
