What Causes Diarrhea, Growling, Need For Bowel Movement After Eating And Cramping/
Have had two bowel resections over last 15 years for colorectal cancer and right sided colon cancer. Symptoms having now are diarrhea, growling, urgency to have bowel movement shortly after eating, cramping, mucous with stool undigested food in stool and sometimes stools that float. Have been skipping meals so I will not have these problems at work. Any suggestion?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of diarrhea, growling, need for bowel movement after eating and cramping. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food intolerance, poor digestion, improper metabolism, food allergy, bacterial or viral infection, parasitic infection or inflammatory bowel disease. Need not to worry. You should take plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole , albendazole , omeprazole along with loperamide. You should avoid intake of outside of food. You should take banana daily. For now eat light and non spicy , eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana .
