What Causes Diarrhea Despite Giving Proentra And Taxim-O-Forte To An Infant?
Hi Doctor, My Baby baby is of 9 months now he is suffering with Loose Motions from past 5 days . We are giving him Proentra powder 765 mg and TAXIM-O FORTE antibiotic medicine . But still there is no change in Loose Motions for my son . Could you please suggest us which medicine I can prefer ? Thank you for your valuable time . Regards Bharat Kumar

* Pediatric diarrhea is a viral origin and most of the cases respond within 24 hours of initiation of the therapy.
Though you are being prescribed the best of the needed molecules, I would recommend to discussion addition of zinc syrup with metronidazole for faster recovery.
