General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for putting up your query here.
Since the general health of your child is good and the stools are watery present since 2 days, important part of treating the child is rehydration.Continue giving ORS as much the child can drink after every loose stool.Continue giving other home made food. This type of diarrhoea can be managed at home with ORS.
Keep a watch over the child and report to nearest physician immediately if the general health condition of child worsens or if the child stop taking feeds, fluids, becomes drowsy or less active, developsfever or abdominal cramps with presence blood / mucous in stools.
Thanks and regards.
