HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be different conditions and non of it related with others, lupus is auto-immune disorders, and it may not cause the diarrhea or vomiting, but rash may some time occurs, diarrhea and vomiting could be due to dyspepsia, and it is self limiting condition just care needs to be taken in diet, you have not mentioned the liver condition here but it is also nothing to take with other too, over all it may not be serious condition, but you can discuss this with your physician in detail, you provided very little information here, your detail query will be appreciated, take care and hope this information helps.
