What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps During Pregnancy?
Im 38 weeks pregnant & ive been cramping in the lower abdomen, im experiencing dirrahera which started yesterday, i just feel sick in the stomach! The other night i had a nesting spurt, up cleaning til 2am in the morning, could this mean labour is close?

Your body is indeed preparing for delivery, it does mean that labor is close. I would also recommend a visit to yoir caregiving obstetrician for the diarrhea, just to make sufe you are not getting dehydrated.
