What Causes Diarrhea And Pulsating Sensation In Lower Stomach?

I have a pulsing in my right lowwer side, with a little bit of pain. My stomach has felt bad all day.I also I had a small bit of diarrhea earlier, and now I hear bubble like noises from my abdomen. I also oddly fill full but I didn t eat much today. Anything to worry about?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of diarrhea and pulsating sensation in lower stomach which seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis and electrolyte imbalance in body. It could be due to irritable bowel syndrome and constriction of sphincters. Need not to worry. I would suggest you not to panic at all. You should start treatment with combination of fluoroquinolones and ornidazole. You should take banana on daily basis and light food. Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate body. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined and start treatment after prescription. You should get intravenous fluid administration as well. Avoid taking Domperidone. Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food.
