im 16 years old and i have a stomach ache that has lasted about 3 days now and when i woke up this morning there was some brown discharge and i had diarrhea my parents think it was from the hamburgers the oher night because their stomaches were upset too but i dont know if its that or the stomach flu but im really worried about the discoloration??!
Dear black or brown stools may be due to licorice, blue berry, iron supplement and some bleeding from gut. Your abdominal pain may be due to food poisoning or acute gastroenteritis. Use tab. Ornidazole and Ofloxacine 200/500 mg twice a day for 5days .tab.sporulac thrice a day for 5days. Ors sachets you can use. Avoid spicy oily food and caffeine. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask.
