What Causes Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain?

Have loose stools and constipation for a couple of weeks. For the past 3 days have experienced rumbling and pain in the abdomen after I have eaten. My stomach seems to be spastic. I have started taking benefiber and over the counter 25 million probiotic tablets daily. Could this be causing my stomach pain.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

No, this fiber cannot cause stomach pain.
In my opinion, you are mostly having acute gastritis.
Acute gastritis causes hyper acidity and this causes spastic pain.
So better to take Pantoprazole and Levosulperide combination on empty stomach twice daily.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Take ORS (oral rehydration solution) and Zinc tablet for faster recovery.
