What Causes Diarrhea Along With Vomiting?
3 days ago I woke up with diarrhea and finally vomited blueberries I didn t digest properly and felt a lot better. I let myself recover and can eat cereal fine and felt myself again. Today I ate and felt a little nauseous (It could have been the orange juice) and that s where I m at now. After I ate I felt full faster than normal, and had diarrhea afterward. I also didn t vomit anymore after I got the blueberry out 3 days ago. Is my stomach still recovering? Do I have gastroenteritis? What s wrong?

Yes from your history it is clear you are suffering from gastroenteritis. For this you have to take tab norflox-tz twice daily after meals for at-least 5 days with cap pantop-dsr or cap rabson-dsr twice daily empty stomach for nausea and vomiting with tab cyclopam or tab meftal-spaz twice daily after meals for stomach ache. Take tab nitazoxanide twice daily after meals for at-least 5 days to get rid off completely from loose motions. Drink ORS or vital-z powder or lemon juice as much as you can to maintain your hydration and electrolyte balance.
