What Causes Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Gas?
Beginning last Friday, I have had diarrhea, gas pain, frequent trips to the toilet. I know I probably have a stomach virus. I am eating and drinking normally but still have discomfort in my bowel, although the movements are no longer thin consistency. My neighbor had the same symptoms, but only for a couple of days. Today is day 5 and I m still afraid to leave the house! Do I just have to wait for this to run its course?

First of all take light food like curd rice, soup etc. Take some amount of coffee which will help you. Stop having heavy food and if it's due to food poisoning then Arsenicum Album 200 (homeopathic medicine) twice a day will help you.
