What Causes Delayed Periods With Spotting?

I am 26 trying to conceive on and off five years plus my first son died of complications and early labor I have one boy he will b seven in October I had my period between sep 1/2014 step. 5 I have like a 32 day cycle b4 I got my period I had convinced myself I was pregnant frequently urinating tinder nipples the whole nine but I started my monthly and I think it was normal I thought I noticed differences but I think it was wishful thinking b4 I got my period I was four days late I got a negative test result and gaveup figured iI was trying too hard but the last two days only like at the end of the day iI ve noticed light pink when I wipe which I don t remember ever happening b4..what could b the reason or am I just reaching now?

Thanks for writing to us. Since you had a natural period with normal flow early on, you cannot be pregnant. Home pregnancy tests read well when performed 3-7 days after the missed period. For earlier clarification, you can get the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. Please maintain a healthy weight and healthy lifestyle. This helps to maintain normal hormone status. If you cannot conceive after 6 months of sincere trial, please see a specialist for further management. Wish you good health.
