What Causes Delayed Periods With Pregnancy Test Negative?

Since I have started my cycle it has always been 28day apart. I am having symptom of my cycle but no cycle it is going on three days now. I have taking 2 at home test and been to the Dr. and all test are saying negative. This is not like me very confused and afraid. Reading a lot of crazy things online
