Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Home pregnancy tests read well when performed 3-7 days after a missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. With two negative tests, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Yet, if you want to be more sure, please go for the blood test and follow it up with a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram to check the status of the pelvic organs. Ovulation is either absent or irregular with PCOS and it is possible that you probably did not ovulate. Please check with your health care provider for further help. Take care.
