Hello dear Understand your concern. First you have to confirm the pregnancy by Blood HCG level or by USG as it is more sensitive than UPT. I think hormonal imbalance may be a cause in your case. If it is negative following are the causes of delayed period: High level of stress, Change in life style, Late ovulation, Excessive exercise, Thyroid problem, PCOS, Dysfunctional uterine bleeding You should consult the gynecologist and you can also induced the bleeding by medroxyprogesterone tablet If still not come than get the following test done: full hormonal profile : Estrogen, progestron, LH, FSH, HCG and thyroid hormone. That help to diagnose hormonal imbalance. Also do USG, Follicle study, endometrial biopsy and hysteroscopy. Take more frequent meal rather than large meal Relaxation exercise and musical therapy Do regular walking and exercise. Eat healthy diet Avoid excessive tea and caffeine Wear loose pure cotton inner wear Keep the vagina clean (Not wet) After confirmation you can take treatment according So please go ahead.
