What Causes Delayed Periods While On Primolut-N For PCOD?

hi... i was put on primolute 2 tabs for 5 days... its been 14 days now.. i havent got my periods yet.. im diognized with pcos and my doctor said i am not ovulating which is why he put me on primolut... i have taken primolut before and iv had my periods within 10-14 days... this time it just doesnt seem to be happening... im having tender breasts and it hurts. sudden crampting in the lower abdomen/pelvic area... during the last month i have had unprotcted sex aswell.. what could this actually be? super worried

The symptoms are mostly non-specific and arising out of hormonal changes.

You can take Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.
