What Causes Delayed Periods, Pressure And Bloating In Lower Abdomen?
Hello? I ve been on birth control since middle school. It s been 7 years and I recently stopped taking because I missed a period so I freaked out (sexually active now.) I ve missed 4 cycles by now, I m having pressure and bloating in my lower abdomen. I ve taken 3-4 pregancy tests as they ve been either negative or inconclusive. I m curious what s going on...

I suggest that you take a blood test or do an ultrasound so that the possibility of a pregnancy can be ruled out completely. If its a negative tests, then this is likely to be occurring due to hormonal imbalance. Either way, the ultrasound will give you a better idea and rule out cysts etc. Consult your doctor for medicines to get your period, if the tests all rule out pregnancy.
