What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Sore Breasts And Back Pain?

Hi I am 26 years old and a mum of a 2 n 1/2 year old daughter. I had my copper IUD removed last month after completing my periods and this month I m 7 days late for my periods and when checked in morning I did a pregnancy test it showed negative. I have sore breasts and plenty of back pain. What could be the reason ? I am pregnant ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Repeat your pregnancy card test after three days.
If negative than besides pregnancy other causes should be ruled out...

For further work up USG should be done

With RBS and serum TSH rule out diabetes and thyroid problem... If problematic than treated accordingly

If obese than loose weight

Prolonged fasting, excess stress can sometime lead delayed period

If still cause not found than Hormonal profile investigation done

Take care

Consult gynecologist for examination with keeping this in mind
