What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Severe Pelvic Pain?

Recently got my period back last month being post pardoned for 5 months. Now I missed this month but have been aching in the pelvic region non stop for about a week. I also had a flair up of hpv. Which was a first in 3 years. I am heading to the doctor tuesday but wondering what I am facing. Also pregnancy test was negative. Very nervous of what is going on since I m always like clockwork.

you should go for usg pelvis ti findpossible cause. It can be pcod/ovariancyst/uterine fibroid or possibly PID.
Consult a gynecologist for speific advise.
