Hi,
Firstly, if you have been taking Clomiphene on a regular basis every month, you have been definitely misguided because this drug is meant to induce ovulation and is used in increasing doses starting from the minimum of 50mg. and for a maximum of six cycles at a stretch. The course is for 5 days each cycle. In the current scenario, it needs to be checked if you have conceived or if there is any ovulatory problem. Please see a specialist for a proper appraisal of the situation. You would need a trans-vaginal sonogram and a blood test for pregnancy to plan further management. Hope this helps.

Infectious Diseases Specialist Dr. Arun's  Response
Hello dear,

Thank you for your contact to health care magic.

I read and understand your concern.

I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.

PCOS is the disease where hormonal imbalance can occur any where in the course.

I suspect the same in you. Though you know that your hormone balance is right but its value may be altered at any time.

So though your are not pregnant you may not be ovulated. And so you have missed your period.

I suggest you to continue your treatment as prescribed. With continued medication you will receive your periods normally thereafter.

If hormonal treatment is not sufficient then surgical correction can be helpful to you. Laproscopic surgery to remove the cyst is necessary and can be very helpful in cases of resistant treatment cases.

I will be happy to answer your further concern on bit.ly/DrArun.

Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
