Hello
i appreciate your concern
delayed or irregular periods could be related to hormonal imbalance endometriosis stress and anxiety or diet

in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood profile ultrasound and hormonal assessment along with thyroid tests

you can tests for pregnancy 10 to 14 days after possible conception (near ovulation)

hope this addresses your question
regards
