What Causes Delayed Period In An Anemic While HPT Is Negative?
Hii doctor, I am 22 years old am married I used to have before marriage an irregular menstrual period however my dr gave me hormone regulator medicine for 3 months in addition to iron supplementation cause I am anemic and my menstrual cycle became every 40 days however after marriage I had a delayed period the last one was on july 27th I did twice pregnancy test and the result was negative so I took again the medicine but still there is no period I am afraid of having an ectopic pregnancy Thank your for your time

The chances of ectopic pregnancy are increased with hormonal pills.
You should first go for ultrasound pelvis to rule out the cause of delayed menses.
