What Causes Delayed Menstruation, Breast Discharge With Abnormal Pap Test Result?

I ve had my Mirena for just over 2 years an have only missed my period once. I had my yearly done on June 22,2015 and the strings were press any and it looked to be in place. I was due to have my period on July 19,2015 but didn t end up getting it till July 28,2015. While waiting I had taken 4 pregnancy test all negative. So I put pregnancy out of my head until August 13,2015 when I noticed my breast were leaking. I can t get into my Dr. For another week to find out what s going on. Forgot to mention my pap came back with low grade cell changes as well as I have a bladder infection. Also in the month of July I had a allergic reaction to penicillin that I have never had before. Could I be pregnant? Could something worse be going on? Help!!! Just need some answers or at least a half assed explanation waiting is making me go crazy.

Hello,

I suggest you to consult your surgeon for the breast discharge. The breast discharge needs to be examined and the breasts need to be examined for any lump by clinical assessment and ultrasound.

For bladder infection, I suggest you to get routine urine examination and urine culture with drug sensitivity to look for the type of infection and thus treatment. For low grade changes on pap test, I suggest you to get a repeat pap test after couple of weeks.
