General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
yellow tinted staining could be due to vaginal discharge

in my opinion you might be having STI please visit your doctor for examination and battery of tests like urine for culture and sensitivity test and vaginal swab culture test

Delayed period may be due to hormonal imbalance please visit your gynaecologist for hormonal studies and further course of treatment

have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
use barrier methods like condom during sex

Hope this addresses your question
best wishes
