What Causes Delayed And Scanty Period After Taking Thyronorm 25?
Dear Doctor,
I am Female , 33 years old and and weigh 88 kg. My thyroid level was shown to be 6.05 in the hormone assay and my doctor prescribed thyronorm 25 microgram one tablet per day. I have been taking it for the past 20 days. I was supposed to get my period on 20th November but I have got a scanty period on 01 December ( I used to have very heavy bleeding earlier). What may be the problem?

first you have to have new TSH level after 6 weeks of using medication. If corrected, continue treatment and ask a gynecologist to do ultrasound and hormone to know the cause of period irregularity.
