What Causes Delay In Vaginal Bleeding Despite Having A D & C Procedure?

Hi.I had an d and c abortion on 6th of last month and till now. I haven t see my period and when I went to my doctor he give me an injection to make my period come and still I haven t see it pls which medicine can I used to make my period come quickly

There are 2 possibilities in delayed period after d&c..abortion.
-D&c itself causes delay/early following period due to physical &psychological stress.In such case hormonal injection would bring about bleeding.
-D&C procedure is also likely tobe followed by normal ovulatory menstruation&easy conception. So if you have not been careful possibility of conception &delay in periods remains.
This situation warrents repeat medical termination (if hormones are taken to stimulate periods. )under expert care.
